Watts Water Technologies is seeking a motivated Co-op Product Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI, to learn how product decisions are made and how products come to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, and support lifecycle management to optimize profitability and sales.

You will gain hands-on experience in market research, documentation, and storytelling for product features while supporting training and collaboration with engineering, design, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements and success metrics.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation of product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure smooth feature development.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights through interviews, surveys, and analytics.
• Monitor product performance and identify trends or issues.
• Support SKU rationalization and lifecycle management to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine go-to-market strategies.
