Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math calculations used in water operations.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Water operator license or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of wells, reservoirs, and booster stations; monitor pump rates and run times.
• Respond to main line breaks, service breaks, and emergencies.
• Assist customers with water quality concerns and service issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on chlorine generators, pumps and related equipment.
• Keep accurate daily records of site activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OHSA regulations.
