Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Water Systems Intelligence Engineer to bridge engineering, operations, and analytics.

The role focuses on NRW project management and technical support for business development, integrating live data into smart system models and dashboards, and delivering data-driven recommendations for water and wastewater utility operations. The ideal candidate will have a PE license, experience with SCADA systems, hydraulic modeling, and digital twin technologies, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, utility operations, hydraulic modeling, or digital water technologies.
• Experience with SCADA, GIS, SQL databases, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Integrate real-time operational data from SCADA, IoT sensors, AMI, GIS, CMMS, and enterprise systems into engineering workflows.
• Work with intelligent system models that provide actionable insights into hydraulic, process, and operational performance.
• Support deployment of smart utility technologies and connected infrastructure solutions.
• Lead NRW Management projects as required.
• Translate analyses into clear business and operational recommendations.
