Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering field and 5+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• PE license and proven experience with SCADA, GIS, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication.
• Experience with digital twin platforms and smart utility programs.
• Experience integrating engineering models with asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate real-time data from SCADA and sensors into engineering insights.
• Develop and apply digital twins for hydraulic and operational performance.
• Support deployment of smart utility technologies and connected infrastructure.
• Analyze live data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to drive digital transformation.
