The position leverages digital twins, predictive analytics, and real-time data to improve reliability, resilience, and decision-making across utility systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/environmental/water resources or related field.
• 5+ years in water/wastewater engineering or related utility operations.
• Experience with SCADA, GIS, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• PE license.
• Experience with digital twin platforms and smart utility programs.
• Familiarity with ML and AI-assisted analytics.
• Experience integrating engineering models with asset management and operations.
• Consulting experience with utility clients.

Responsibilities

• Integrate real-time operational data from SCADA, GIS, and other systems into engineering workflows.
• Develop and use digital twins to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze trends and predictive analytics to forecast infrastructure needs.
• Support deployment of smart utility technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive digital transformation.
• Lead NRW-related projects as required.
