Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at commercial and residential sites. You will test equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow SOPs to ensure proper operation while communicating installation steps to customers.

The role requires traveling to customer locations, working in varied environments, including tight spaces and indoors or outdoors, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

• Effective communication and attention to detail for handling customer information and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain installation steps.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of installed products.
• Maintain records of installations and troubleshooting, including pictures.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform required vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure service vehicles; lift heavy equipment up to 100 lbs.
