Cesco Solutions (a Tidal Vision company) seeks a Water Systems Project Manager to build and sustain detailed financial models for wastewater treatment projects, from proposal through execution, including CAPEX and cash flow planning.

The role collaborates with commercial, technical, and operations teams to shape pricing, structure deals, and track post-award performance, supporting rapid growth with disciplined financial governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, project finance, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience in water treatment industry preferred.
• Experience modeling capital-intensive projects and long-term contracts.
• Strong cash flow modeling, CAPEX vs. OPEX, and pricing knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model financial performance of wastewater projects.
• Develop detailed financial models with CAPEX, cash flows, and amortization.
• Partner with commercial, technical, and operations teams on pricing.
• Evaluate design proposals for financial viability.
• Track post-implementation financial outcomes and variances.
