SALARY: $115,000-$130,000/year based on interview outcome & overall experience

Cesco Solutions (Cesco), a Tidal Vision company, is entering a significant growth phase with large active organic revenue opportunities spanning wastewater treatment (WWT) chemistry and fully integrated engineered systems. These opportunities range from chitosan-based chemical programs to complex, multi-equipment solutions that may include $1–5M+ in capital investment tied to long‑term contracts.
As Cesco continues to scale—alongside rapid expansion of its field sales and technical organization—the company requires enhanced financial rigor to evaluate, structure, and track these opportunities. The Water Systems Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting this growth by providing detailed financial analysis across the full lifecycle of projects, from proposal through execution.
This role will focus on project-based financial modeling, deal support, and post-implementation tracking, ensuring disciplined decision-making across multiple complex contracts expected over the next 12 months.
