Job summary

Aqualia - Municipal District Services is seeking a Service Laborer to support the Service & Construction Department in repairs to water and sanitary sewer systems. You will assist operators, perform tasks under a foreman, and contribute to efficient field operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of manual labor experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Overtime may be needed and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manual labor experience; construction/mechanical preferred.
• Valid Driver License with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of backhoe or related equipment.
• Assist with water taps and installation of water meters.
• Assist with repair of water distribution main and service line leaks.
• Assist with other water distribution system and sanitary collection system repairs as directed by Foreman.
• On-call duty for emergency repairs when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
