Ltd Global is seeking a Water Systems Engineer to own the cooling and process water infrastructure at a major research campus in Berkeley. The role includes design, operation, and expansion of LCW/DI water systems, with responsibility for safety, documentation, and budget planning.

You will lead projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating vendors and installation crews, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in water systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-conductivity and deionized water systems.
• Experience with closed-loop cooling systems and industrial piping.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer cooling water systems from scratch.
• Own daily operation of LCW and DI water systems.
• Lead water-system projects from concept to installation.
• Coordinate contractors and plan expansions.
