Job summary

WaterFleet, LLC is seeking reliable Water/Wastewater System Technicians to join our Operations team. Work at remote sites delivering purification trailers and servicing equipment, including complex wastewater systems, in varied weather.

Role may include rigging equipment, after-hours on-call, and working long shifts across the Permian/Delaware basins as needed. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Comfort with basic computer and phone navigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water and wastewater purification trailers to remote sites.
• Repair and maintain wastewater equipment including contact with sewage.
• Rig equipment up/down as sites relocate.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plumbing from source to delivery.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers.
• Monitor performance of purification units.
• Coordinate maintenance with team members.
