Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs.

To be successful, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves problem-solving, order processing, proactive sales support, scheduling, and coordination with the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services or maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
