Job summary
Autodesk Water Customer Success seeks a Technical Adoption Specialist to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize Autodesk investments and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll apply deep Drainage Design and SSF modeling expertise to guide adoption across diverse projects and environments.
You will collaborate with account teams, deliver scalable services, and develop learning content to build customer capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years in drainage design, stormwater and sewer modeling, flood analysis, or related water infrastructure disciplines
- Deep technical knowledge with Autodesk InfoDrainage, SSA, and/or Bentley StormCAD in real workflows
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D with hydraulic/hydrologic integration
- Experience with Autodesk InfoWorks ICM or similar modeling solutions is desirable
- Strong understanding of drainage workflows, engineering practices, and customer challenges
- Able to translate technical challenges into scalable solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; English fluency required
Responsibilities
- Innovate, develop, and deliver scalable, packaged service offerings that accelerate customer success, product adoption, and value realization
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as a technical trusted advisor, guiding objectives to outcomes
- Collaborate with internal account teams through regular account planning and customer success activities
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve Customer Success Plans
- Identify adoption barriers and expansion opportunities to increase value
- Leverage usage data and technical insights to provide proactive recommendations
- Develop technical learning content and coaching for Autodesk Water customers
- Apply structured problem management to identify recurring challenges and scalable solutions
- Capture and share customer insights and best practices to improve the broader experience
- Travel approximately 2-4 times per year to support engagements and events
