Job summary

Autodesk Water Customer Success is seeking a seasoned Technical Adoption Specialist to guide customers in maximizing the value of Autodesk Water solutions. You will combine drainage design and SSF modeling expertise with a customer-focused approach to drive measurable outcomes across AMER accounts.

You will collaborate with account teams, deliver targeted guidance, and help accelerate product adoption through coaching and enablement programs, while traveling as needed to support key engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in drainage design, stormwater/sewer modeling, flood analysis, or related water infrastructure disciplines.
• Deep technical knowledge with Autodesk InfoDrainage, SSA, and/or Bentley StormCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and integration with hydraulic/hydrologic workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk InfoWorks ICM or similar solutions is desirable.
• Strong understanding of drainage/stormwater/wastewater/flood management practices.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with technical audiences.

• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business/technical goals with Autodesk solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute customer success initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership and deep product expertise to achieve customer success plans.
• Identify adoption barriers and opportunities for expansion and increased value.
• Use data and insights to provide proactive recommendations and best practices.
• Create technical learning content and coaching for Autodesk Water customers.
• Apply structured problem-management to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Capture and share customer insights to improve the broader customer experience.
• Travel 2–4 times per year for customer engagements and events.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related technical field
