Job summary

Autodesk Water Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist to guide customers in maximizing Autodesk Water solutions, focusing on Drainage Design and SSF modeling. You will partner with accounts across the AMER region, deliver targeted guidance, and drive adoption to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will develop learning content and support the adoption journey with analytics-driven recommendations, travel, and proactive coaching to build customer capability and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, develop, and deliver scalable service offerings that drive customer success and value realization.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as a technical advisor guiding business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute customer success initiatives.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and product expertise to help customers achieve goals in their success plans.
• Identify adoption barriers and opportunities to increase value and expansion potential.
• Leverage usage data and analytics to provide proactive recommendations and best practices.
• Develop technical learning content and enablement programs for Autodesk Water customers.
• Apply structured problem-management to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Capture and share customer insights and repeatable solutions to improve the broader customer experience.
• Travel approximately 2-4 times per year to support engagements and events.
