Join the Aquatics team! Become a Six Flags employee and enjoy benefits such as FREE park entry, exclusive employee ride nights, team member events, and more. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work 5 shifts a week; we are flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all Guests meet rider requirements for each attraction.
2. Assist Guests in riding the attraction properly and safely.
3. Recognize and respond to emergency situations using Ellis & Associates ILTP skills.
4. Maintain a Test-Ready competency level of skills once certified.
5. Operate attractions efficiently and enforce all Six Flags policies.
6. Attend 2 hours of In-Service Training monthly.
7. Maintain a clean work environment and uphold Ellis & Associates standards.
8. Adhere to Six Flags Guest First Standards and ensure prompt attendance.
9. Assist in other Aquatics Department areas as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum age: 16 years.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to pass BLS training, including first aid and CPR.
4. Remain calm in stressful and emergency situations.
5. Ability to stand in water up to 3 feet deep for periods.
6. Ability to exit from a pool/attraction without ladders or steps.
7. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
8. Professional, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to multitask.
9. Strong teamwork skills.
