Join the Aquatics team! Become a Six Flags employee and enjoy benefits such as FREE park entry, exclusive employee ride nights, team member events, and more. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. We are looking to fill 5 shifts a week and will work with your schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all Guests meet rider requirements for each attraction.
2. Ensure Guests ride the attraction appropriately in the proper rider position.
3. Recognize and respond to emergency situations using skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTP.
4. Maintain a “Test-Ready” competency level of skills once certified.
5. Ensure the attraction operates efficiently and enforce all Six Flags Policies.
6. Attend 2 hours of In-Service Training each month.
7. Maintain a clean work environment.
8. Maintain Ellis & Associates standards for Attendants.
9. Maintain Six Flags’ Guest First Standards.
10. Maintain regular, prompt attendance.
11. Assist in other areas of the Aquatics Department.
12. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum Age: 16
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to pass all applicable Basic Life Support training and licensing through Jeff Ellis & Associates, including practical and written tests, demonstrating abilities in basic first aid and CPR.
4. Ability to remain calm in stressful and emergency situations.
5. Ability to stand in water up to 3 feet deep for periods of time.
6. Ability to exit from a pool/attraction at any point without the use of ladders, steps, or a zero-depth exit.
7. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
8. Professionalism, self-motivation, multitasking ability, and an enthusiastic attitude.
9. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
