Join the Aquatics team! Become a Six Flags employee and enjoy benefits such as FREE park entry, exclusive ride nights, and team member events. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work 5 shifts per week, with flexible scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all guests meet rider requirements for each attraction.
2. Assist guests in riding attractions appropriately and safely.
3. Recognize and respond to emergency situations using Ellis & Associates ILTP skills.
4. Maintain a Test-Ready competency level of skills once certified.
5. Ensure attraction efficiency and enforce Six Flags policies.
6. Attend 2 hours of in-service training each month.
7. Maintain a clean work environment and uphold Ellis & Associates standards.
8. Follow Six Flags Guest First Standards.
9. Maintain punctual attendance.
10. Assist in other Aquatics Department areas as needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to pass BLS training, including first aid and CPR, through Jeff Ellis & Associates.
• Remain calm in stressful or emergency situations.
• Ability to stand in water up to 3 feet deep for periods of time.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to multitask.
• Strong teamwork skills.
