Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain Water Distribution Manager 1 or 2 within one year of appointment.
• CK: Level 2 requires CDL Class A with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement.
• Forklift certification within 12 months for Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs water and sewer facilities and equipment; operates vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Locates and repairs water and sewer services and components.
• Ensures on-site safety compliance during field operations.
• Processes work orders and assists in final project inspections.
• Reads water meters, checks for leaks, and advises customers.
• Performs disconnections, meter locks, and reconnections with staff.
