Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in civil engineering construction or PM, with 3 years in water/wastewater.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering, project management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of public utility projects, ensuring standards compliance.
• Oversee contracts for engineering, design, PM, and construction services.
• Coordinate with customers, Town departments, agencies, and contractors.
• Review drawings, plans, and specs for quality and compliance.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
