Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent.
• Two years of progressive professional engineering experience with ability to obtain PE license within 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater utility design and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide construction administration for water and wastewater utility projects.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules from initial concept through close-out.
• Coordinate with regulators, stakeholders, and maintenance staff to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate project status to leadership and agencies.
