Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in water or sewer maintenance or grounds keeping or closely related work.

Responsibilities

• Operates motorized equipment used in the maintenance and distribution operations of the Public Utilities Department.
• Installs and maintains water and sewer lines and equipment and inspects and performs minor maintenance on equipment.
• Repairs water and sewer systems and assists skilled laborers with more complicated repairs.
• Performs basic carpentry duties and assists in recordkeeping and log maintenance.
