Job summary

City of Woodstock, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Worker I in the Water & Sewer Division to perform manual labor and operate equipment across sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water distribution systems. The position works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, under the supervision of the Water and Sewer Utilities Superintendent and Maintenance Foreman.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent with two years of utility maintenance experience and a valid Illinois Class B

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of utility maintenance experience.
• Valid Illinois Class B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsements; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor and operate equipment to maintenance sewer and water systems.
• Work under supervision of Water & Sewer Utilities Superintendent and Foreman; follow safety protocols.
