Verdantas seeks a dynamic Leader of the MidAtlantic Water Services Department to guide and expand our water practice across the Northeast, focusing on PA, MD, and DE, with support for New England markets. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering clean water, wastewater, flood control, and stormwater solutions for public and private clients.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in water planning and delivery, strong leadership, and a proven ability to grow revenue and manage client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in water-related planning, design, and delivery.
• 15+ years in engineering/professional services.
• Proven leadership managing teams and client portfolios.
• Strong business development and client management experience.
• Experience across multiple states and offices in water programs.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement and utility operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision, direction, and leadership for the regional Water Services practice, aligning technical delivery with business and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, including market positioning, client targeting, and service line expansion.
• Lead and support business development efforts, including pursuit strategy, teaming, proposal development, and interviews.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for water, wastewater, flood control, and stormwater management projects.
• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics, including financial results, project delivery, client satisfaction, and staff utilization.
