Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task in an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license (or obtain within 90 days if out-of-state).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers and clients with excellent service.
• Direct calls to the appropriate party in the Coupeville office.
• Update billing software and generate utility bills for client water systems.
• Deposit customer payments accurately.
• Create monthly billing reports for clients.
• Communicate work orders to operations to schedule.
• Enter meter readings and ensure readings are accurate.
