Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program. This senior role reports to the Planning Program Director and partners with other leaders to drive growth and enhanced technical excellence in Right of Way across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field and a strong leadership record.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with demonstrated project and program leadership.
• Experience in development/management of diverse teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services and grow the program.
• Develop growth strategies, pursue geographies and market sectors, and coordinate with market sector leaders.
• Recruit and mentor staff, align teams, and supervise projects as a senior program manager.
