HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director and partnering with other leaders to drive growth and project delivery.

The role defines market sector priorities, increases HDR’s market penetration, coordinates with clients and staff, and leads project management on select assignments while maintaining utilization targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Professional registration (architecture/engineering) required or applicable.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances.
• Support market sector Directors in developing strategic plans to growRight of Way initiatives and geographic expansion.
• Recruit, mentor, and align Right of Way staff to meet client needs and maintain quality.
