RestoPros in the United States is seeking a mitigation specialist to perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation per industry standards. You will inspect sites, propose solutions, and prepare restoration plans with Xactimate, while maintaining a clean, organized truck and equipment.

The role requires 1 year of mitigation experience, IICRC WRT certification, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license is essential, with evening/on-call shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.
• Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
• Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mitigation experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• IICRC – WRT Certification at a minimum.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software.
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.
• Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
• Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
