360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties. You will operate specialized equipment and document job progress while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow written or diagrammatic instructions. Responsibilities include demolition, debris removal, mold cleanup assistance, and maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
IICRC Certification preferred.
1+ year experience in water damage restoration preferred.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather.

Mansioni

Perform demolition, debris removal, content cleaning and assist with mold and biohazard cleanup.
Create and maintain measurements, diagrams, photos, and work orders in job management systems.
Communicate work details and status clearly with clients and team members.
Maintain a safe, organized worksite and adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.
Keep the work truck stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
