RestorePro Reconstruction in Durham, NC is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to join our disaster response team. You will assess affected areas, remove water, set up drying equipment, and prevent further damage for residential and commercial properties.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service are essential in stressful recovery scenarios. Requirements include 1+ year in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanings; 1+ year carpentry; IICRC certifications;

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings.
• 1+ year experience in carpentry.
• IICRC Certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Assess affected areas and remove water.
• Set up drying equipment and monitor progress.
• Prevent further damage to properties.
• Complete documentation and daily logs.
