Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist in water damage mitigation. The role focuses on pumping and extracting water, mold remediation, and moving contents under supervision at job sites in Ann Arbor, MI.

Under supervision, you will use equipment such as water extractors, HEPA vacuums, Injectidry and related systems, while following MSDS protocols and safety standards. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with water damage mitigation processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of pump systems and safety procedures.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per company policy.
• English literacy and fluency; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from the team leader and follow MSDS protocols.
• Perform vehicle safety and maintenance inspections; keep vehicles clean.
• Build containment systems using appropriate equipment and calculations.
• Use equipment such as water extractors, injectidry, and HEPA vacuums under supervision.
• Properly lift and move client contents; protect client belongings.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
