Serclean is hiring a General Laborer/Water Damage Technician in Nashville area. You will remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and operate equipment to restore properties.

Excellent customer service is essential as you interact with clients after traumatic events. We offer a full-time role with opportunities for growth, a company vehicle, and benefits including health insurance and retirement matching.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• IICRC water damage or mold remediation certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of structural restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and replace water-damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
• Collaborate with management to ensure excellent customer care.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Follow safety and company policies at all times.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites.
• Document drying progress using phone or tablet.
