Serclean is hiring a Water Restoration Technician in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on removing, replacing, and repairing water-damaged materials while maintaining excellent customer service after traumatic incidents.

The position emphasizes safety, timely communication with clients, and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and involvement in advanced water damage tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

Position Summary

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Mold and Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.
