ServiceMaster Emergency Management Team in Southern California is seeking a Water Restoration Technician. The role focuses on performing restoration services, drying structures, and coordinating with insurance adjusters, customers, and contractors to efficiently restore damaged properties.

Candidates must hold WRT and ASD certifications, have 5 years of restoration experience, be able to scope losses, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and present a neat, professional appearance;

Qualifications

• WRT & ASD certifications required.
• 5 years’ experience in the restoration industry.
• Able to communicate in writing & verbally.
• Familiar with how to use a smart device (iPhone, iPad).
• Must be able to scope a loss properly.
• Must present a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
• Xactimate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs restoration services for our customers.
• Must display the ability to dry structures.
• Must be capable of managing several projects.
• Interact with insurance companies, customers, contractors.
• Nights, weekends.
• Perform demolition.
• Responsible for all aspects of the job.
