Job summary

ServiceMaster Emergency Management Team is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join our Southern California & Nevada team. You will perform restoration services, dry structures, manage multiple projects, and interact with insurance adjusters and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Must hold WRT and ASD certifications, have 5 years in restoration, be adept with iPhone/iPad, and present a professional appearance. Some nights and weekends are required; Xactimate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• WRT & ASD certifications required.
• 5 years’ experience in the restoration industry.
• Able to communicate in writing & verbally.
• Must be familiar with how to use a smart device (iPhone, iPad).
• Must be able to scope a loss properly.
• Must present a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
• Xactimate a plus.

Responsibilities
