Job summary

ServiceMaster Emergency Management Team in Southern California and Nevada is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to perform restoration services, dry structures, and manage multiple projects, including night and weekend shifts.

Qualified candidates have WRT & ASD certifications, ~5 years in restoration, clear written and verbal communication, and comfort with smart devices. Xactimate is a plus; you will interact with insurers, customers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• WRT and ASD certifications required.
• 5 years’ experience in the restoration industry.
• Able to communicate in writing and verbally.
• Familiar with smartphones (iPhone, iPad).
• Must be able to scope a loss properly.
• Must present a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
• Xactimate knowledge is a plus.
