Dry Force Corp. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time role. You will assess water damage, remove and replace damaged materials, and operate drying equipment to restore properties.

The position emphasizes customer-facing service; you will work with management to ensure high-quality outcomes and safety standards. Overtime and some holidays may be required; valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle water damage issues and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
• Assess scope of new construction and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.
• Work closely with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position in San Antonio, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
