Dry Force in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position. You will remove, replace and repair water damaged materials and manage tasks after water incidents, providing frontline support to clients during stressful times.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, ability to lift 50 lbs, a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and availability for overtime and some holidays. IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver's license.
• Overtime and some holidays required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but must be eligible to work in the US.

About this position

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position in San Antonio, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
