We are a rapidly growing, fast-paced restoration company in Jacksonville, specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration (biohazard remediation is not required for employment consideration). We serve both commercial and residential clients within a 2-hour radius, known for quality work and exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

PuroClean is a leader in emergency property restoration services. The Field Restoration Technician is the first responder to emergency losses, earning us the nickname "Paramedics of Property Damage." Technicians remain calm in emergencies and provide professionalism to help families and businesses recover. Post-training, you'll have opportunities to work independently and manage other technicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military background and/or restoration experience is a plus but not required.

Minimum Requirements

• Punctuality and professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Pass criminal background and drug tests
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to drive mid-sized vehicles
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Availability for on-call rotation and after-hours jobs
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds
• Basic computer skills

General Duties

• Provide restoration services for damages caused by fire, water, mold, and optionally biohazards
• Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, deodorization, demolition, debris removal, and content pack-outs
• Demolish or remove damaged materials
• Use Xactimate software for estimates (training provided)
• Handle equipment, supplies, and vehicles properly
• Monitor water losses and complete daily job notes
• Maintain vehicles and equipment
• Communicate effectively with team and clients
• Follow OSHA guidelines

Compensation

Starting at $18/hr, with experienced and certified technicians earning on average $57,000 annually, combining hourly pay and commissions (roughly $28-$32/hr).
