A leading restoration service company in Ankeny, Iowa is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position. You will perform remediation of water-damaged properties and work closely with a team to provide excellent service during stressful times for customers. No prior industry experience is required, but candidates must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work overtime when necessary. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Remediation and mitigation of water damaged properties.
• Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully service our customers.
• Ensure that the project is completed as scheduled, satisfaction exceeds our customers’ expectations.
• Ability to work with a wide assortment of tools as well as specialized drying equipment.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.
