The role includes eliminating property damage caused by water and Remediating water-damaged properties while providing excellent customer service. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remediation and mitigation of water damaged properties.
• Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully service our customers.
• Ensure that the project is completed as scheduled, satisfaction exceeds our customers’ expectations.
• Ability to work with a wide assortment of tools as well as specialized drying equipment.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.
