Dry Force in Irving, Texas is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for first and second shifts. You will remove and replace water-damaged materials and manage equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers to restore properties.

Responsibilities include assessing scope, selling reconstruction services, collaborating with management, and maintaining safety and professionalism on site. A customer-service focus helps clients through challenging times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not required, but eligible to work in the US.

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for both first and second shift in Irving, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
