Job summary

Dry Force in Temple, Texas is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time role. You will remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and help clients recover from water events, serving as the first point of contact after a traumatic situation.

You will operate air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, document progress on a phone or tablet, and collaborate with management to ensure excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Assess the scope of new construction and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.

• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following traffic laws and policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position in Temple, Texas. As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
