Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Water Restoration Technician in Irving, TX to handle water damage, removal, and repair of materials. You'll operate air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers while providing exceptional client service.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work. Training and ongoing guidance are provided to support professional growth within Dry Force.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
Overtime and some holidays may be required.
IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation are preferred.
1-2 years of structural restoration experience preferred.
2-4 years of construction experience preferred.
2-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
English language ability is not required to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Remove and replace damaged materials caused by water damage.
Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
Assess scope of new reconstruction and promote Dry Force services.
Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
Follow safety, quality, and company policies.
Drive company vehicle to job sites and adhere to traffic laws.
Document drying progress via phone or tablet.

Job description

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for both first and second shift in Irving, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
