Dry Force Corp. in San Antonio, Texas is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time role. You will remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and serve as the first point of contact for clients after flood events.

Responsibilities include setting up air movers and dehumidifiers, assessing scope, communicating professionally with customers, and documenting progress. High school diploma required; valid driver's license; IICRC preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but eligible to work in the US.

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for a full-time position in San Antonio, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
