Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Water Restoration Manager at our Minneapolis branch to grow restoration volumes and lead a team of sales professionals and technicians. The role focuses on developing new business, coordinating staff, and delivering high-quality service to customers and insurers.

Qualified candidates will have sales management experience in the restoration or service industry, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience preferred in restoration or service industries.
• Strong customer service focus with effective communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent using Xactimate software (estimating).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Train for and manage water restoration sales force activity and performance.
• Promote services to insurance agents for water-damaged properties.
• Serve as frontline contact for customers and insurance agents.
• Hire and maintain a team of sales representatives and technicians.
• Oversee on-site safety, scheduling, and project completion within time frames.
