Roto-Rooter is seeking a Water Restoration Manager at our Minneapolis branch to grow water restoration sales, manage a team of sales reps and technicians, and coordinate with customers and insurance agents. The role emphasizes developing new business, supporting staff development, and ensuring project success through effective leadership and process rigor.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience preferably in the restoration or service industry.
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent using Xactimate software.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing business by training and managing the water restoration sales force.
• Promote services to insurance agents for properties damaged by water.
• Serve as frontline point of contact for customers and insurance agents.
• Hire and maintain a team of sales representatives and service technicians.
• Oversee safety, equipment usage and project timelines to customer satisfaction.
