Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 6717 - North Richland Hills is seeking a Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration projects in the DFW area from start to finish. You will supervise technicians on site, keep work on scope and budget, and serve as the primary contact for customers and adjusters.

Required: IICRC WRT certification and 3+ years in restoration with team leadership; valid driver's license; on-call availability.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification is required.
• 3+ years in restoration, including team management.
• Knowledge of restoration with and without insurance, strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned mitigation jobs, ensure equipment and supplies are on site.
• Scope and inspect jobs, monitor drying, demolition, and restoration activity.
• Supervise technicians and train new team members.
• Explain drying process and next steps to customers with materials as a guide.
• Collaborate with adjusters to resolve questions and support scope and reimbursement.
• Document all jobs with notes and photos; track resources and billable events.
• Perform quality inspections and collect signatures and payments when needed.
