ServiceMaster RRH is hiring a Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration jobs in the DFW area. You will run projects from first visit to completion, supervise technicians, ensure scope and budget alignment, and serve as the primary contact for customers and adjusters.

You will coordinate with insurance processes, document activities, and ensure quality from start to finish while maintaining strong communication with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification is required (ASD preferred).
• 3+ years in restoration, including team management of 2+ people.
• Experience with restoration work both with and without insurance.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned residential and commercial mitigation jobs from starts to finish.
• Inspect and scope jobs on-site, monitor drying, demolition, and restoration activities to stay on budget and timelines.
• Supervise on-site technicians and assist in training new team members.
• Explain the drying process and next steps to customers using printed materials.
• Coordinate with adjusters in person or remotely to support scope and reimbursements.
• Document all entries with notes and photos and track billable events.
• Perform quality inspections at completion and collect customer signatures and payments when needed.
