United Water Restoration Group, Inc. in Florida seeks a Project Manager in the Mitigation Division to plan, organize and execute restoration projects of varying sizes. You will lead Production teams, ensure safety, quality, schedules, and profitability, and act as the client account executive for several projects.

The role covers budgeting, invoicing, vendor management, and strong client communication across Florida counties, with monthly site visits and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restoration and construction project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in restoration.
• Knowledge of negotiations with insurance providers and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• As a corporate representative, own communication, schedule, budget, scope and quality commitments.
• Act as the client account executive for multiple projects and review estimates.
• Lead the Production team including first responders, superintendents, vendors and clients.
• Produce rough estimates and monitor expenses to align with budget and profitability.
• Review vendor proposals to achieve target margins for each project.
• Track costs to maintain budget and profitability and report performance.
• Ensure timely completion of project close-out activities and contract compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and share best practices across teams.
• Visit sites monthly and manage project billing and change orders as needed.
